Contact drying systems
SYSTEC contact drying SYSTEC systems have been designed specially for function PATS and difficult to dry paints. By the very thin and fine meshed conveying belt the under temperature is transmitted extremely quick and effectively from the vacuum heating plate. By an electronic control of the vacuum value, the imaging of the conveying belt structure on sensible materials is avoided.
Thus drying times can be reduced significantly with regard to a normal circulating air dryer. Special air intake and exhaust air systems take care of the evacuation of the solvents and guarantee the use in a clean room.
The various heating zones can be controlled individually as required. This provides for uniform and targeted drying profiles.

The SYSTEC contact dryer is manufactured in a very space saving design for the customer.
In a SYSTEC Web screen printing machine the vertical contact dryer is used. It allows an increased drying langth at a very small footprint and thus a longer retention time of the printed material in the dryer.
